Grand Hyatt Seoul Hotel, Seoul

This hotel offers a wonderful atmosphere with amazing amenities and views, perfect for both leisure and business travelers. However, there were inconsistencies in service, and the location can be a bit inconvenient for accessing restaurants and shops. Overall, it's a solid choice, but with room for improvement.
